Mr.Sushil Goyal is CEO of Shri Balaji Polymers which is in Barnala (Punjab).It is the pipe manufacturing company. I have taken the interview of Mr.Sushil Goyal & this article is about his achievement in the last five years. Initially it was only a trading firm and after seeing the response of their customers Mr. Sushil Goyal decided to manufacture the pipe & he started his own manufacturing firm in the year 2005.When he started this business his annual turnover was only 10-11 lakes but, now his annual turnover is around 10 crores & this is because of his hard work & determination. Mr. Sushil says that his success strategy is to capture the market by providing the best quality product to the customer. It is an ISO certified company. It uses to produce the product under the brand name of Unitech. The company gives much importance to the quality of the product & that is why it is using the best quality material of the Reliance which is very costly. The company uses German machine (Kabro) for producing the finished product of good quality. This company is second pipe manufacturing company of the north region & it captures 70% market share of the Barnala. Their cost of production is high because they use the best of machinery & raw material. But, Mr. Sushil Goyal says that despite of high cost they are earning good profit because of quality & customer prefers quality products these days. The company always provided good quality products to the customer & this is very important for the success of any manufacturing firm. They always provide the proper facility, working environment & proper opportunity to the employees for their development. This company produces different variety of pipes in order to capture more market. Mr.Sushil Goyal says that he wants to see his company as India’s largest polymer company after five years. After taking the interview of Mr. Sushil Goyal I have learnt lots of thing like it not easy is not easy to start your own business but, you feel very nice if do something by new & I have also learnt that success is not achieved in one day we have to start from small things & then move to big ones.
